Ingredients
- Quinoa 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey to taste
- Ground Ginger 1/4 teaspoon
- Plant-Based Milk to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water into a small saucepan, add quinoa, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Reduce heat and simmer slowly (occasionally adding water), stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the mixture is thicker.
Step 3
Gently heat the vegetable oil and spices.
Step 4
Divide the quinoa into two portions, drizzle with spiced milk (mix the milk with ginger beforehand), and add honey.
