Description
If you want to add some spice, add finely chopped chili pepper to your taste or finely chopped 12 cloves of garlic.

- Cilantro leaves 1 bunch
- Quinoa 1 cup
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Fresh red bell pepper 2 pieces
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Raspberry vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions and cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes and red bell pepper into thin wedges.
Step 3
Chop the green onions into pieces about 2 cm long and roughly chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Mix the cooked quinoa at room temperature with the vegetables and onions, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Dress with raspberry or any other berry vinegar.
Step 5
Serve as a side dish with meat, poultry, or fish, or enjoy it as a standalone vegetarian salad.
