- Leek 1 piece
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped dill to taste

Step 1
Cook the quinoa for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Rinse the leek and Brussels sprouts. Slice the leek into rounds and cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
In a baking dish, combine the Brussels sprouts, leek, garlic, oil, and dill. Season the dish with salt and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the Brussels sprouts with the quinoa.
