- Carrot 1 piece
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Lemon 0,3 pieces

- Salt to taste
- Flaxseeds to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the quinoa, adding salt and your favorite spices to taste, and let it cool.
Step 2
Grate the carrots using a coarse grater, slice the radishes and cucumbers, and tear the arugula leaves.
Step 3
Add the quinoa and almonds to the vegetables. Squeeze in some lemon juice, add a tablespoon of flavored oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
