Quinoa and Spinach Patties

Ingredients
- Quinoa 5 oz
- Zucchini 5 oz
- Frozen Spinach 5 oz
- Flaxseed Meal 1 tablespoon
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Ghee to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the flaxseed meal in water for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Thaw the spinach in a skillet and sauté with a little water. At the end, add a bit of oil.
Step 3
Cook the quinoa until ready.
Step 4
Grate the zucchini.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients, add flour and salt.
Step 6
Form patties and fry them over medium heat on both sides. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes!
