- Turkey 2 pieces
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Remove the meat from the membranes, bones, and other parts, and cut it into cubes, as for goulash. Heat a skillet and sauté the meat in olive oil for 5 minutes, sprinkling with turmeric.
Step 2
Pour in the kefir, stir, and after 2 minutes add the curry sauce (available in any supermarket). Season with salt to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
