Quick Cod Casserole
Ingredients
- Cod 20 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Water 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fillet the fish.
Step 2
Rinse the cod fillets and cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Pour water into a skillet and bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Once the water is boiling, add the fish pieces and season with a little salt.
Step 5
Simmer for about 5 minutes without covering.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs, add milk and salt, and whisk well with a whisk or mixer, then add the flour to this mixture.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 8
Grease a baking dish well with butter.
Step 9
Evenly place the fish in the dish and pour the egg-milk mixture on top.
Step 10
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20–30 minutes.
Step 11
Serve the fish casserole hot, with a side dish or as a standalone meal.
