  • Garlic 7 cloves
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beef (brisket, shoulder) into pieces of 50 g, fry in a pan, pour in the sour cream, and simmer until cooked.

Step 2

For the sauce, lightly toast the flour, dilute it with broth or water, and pour it into the boiling sour cream.

Step 3

Cook, stirring, for 8-10 minutes.

Step 4
