- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Lentils 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Matsoni 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces, place it in a pot, and boil in salted water.
Step 2
After that, add the cooked lentils, finely chopped and sautéed onion in butter, sugar, salt, mix, and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the pumpkin, sprinkled with parsley, and serve the matsoni separately.
