Pumpkin with Bacon, Leeks, and Rice
Main Dishes • European
Description
For this dish, you can use rice, bulgur, or pearl barley, whichever you prefer; the main thing is not to overcook it. Any small pumpkin will do, but it should not weigh more than 500 grams for half a piece. It's best to use smoked bacon. Be careful with the salt, as vegetable seasonings may also contain salt, and bacon is salty too. Enjoy your meal!
