Ingredients

  • Pumpkin 5 lbs
  • Rice 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Plums 0 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Apple 5 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the pumpkin, cut off the top, then use a spoon to remove the flesh with seeds and rinse again.

Step 2

Separate the edible part of the flesh from the seeds, chop finely, add cooked rice, rinsed raisins, pitted plums, peeled and julienned apples, sugar, salt, ground cinnamon, and mix well.

Step 3

Fill the pumpkin with the prepared stuffing and close it with the cut-off top.

Step 4

Then place the pumpkin on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven.

Step 5

Serve the stuffed pumpkin cut into pieces and drizzled with butter.
