  • Pumpkin 20 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Stew the pumpkin and mash it with a fork.

Step 2

Beat the softened butter with sugar, add the eggs one at a time, then the milk and pumpkin, gradually incorporate the flour, salt, and baking powder. The batter will be quite liquid.

Step 3

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 355°F for at least 1 hour.

Step 4

The pudding turns out tender and very tasty. It can be served with sour cream whipped with sugar.
