Ingredients
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled and sliced pumpkin in salted water and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Fry the flour in the butter (the color of the flour should be light yellow), dilute with hot milk, and season with sugar.
Step 3
Place the cooked pumpkin in a pot, pour the milk sauce over it, and bring to a boil.
