Pumpkin Chebureks with Lavash
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the pumpkin. Sauté the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the grated pumpkin to the onion, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until cooked. Add the minced garlic.
Step 3
Cut circles out of the lavash (you can use a small plate).
Step 4
Place the pumpkin filling on the circles, brush the edges of the lavash with water, and then seal the edges.
Step 5
Fry the pumpkin chebureks in a small amount of vegetable oil.
