Pumpkin Casserole with Yogurt
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 15 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Thyme 1 stem
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Boil or steam it. Drain any excess water, let the pumpkin cool, and puree it (blend until smooth).
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the yogurt, adding salt and pepper if desired.
Step 4
Add the egg mixture to the pumpkin, along with the grated cheese and thyme leaves. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Rinse the baking dish with water and pour in the pumpkin mixture. Place the baking dish in a larger dish and pour water into the larger dish.
Step 6
Place the dishes in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with natural yogurt.
