- Pumpkin 25 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into wedges.

Cook the pumpkin in salted water.

Blend the pumpkin until smooth.
Step 4
Add 2 egg yolks to the puree and mix thoroughly.

Whisk 2 egg whites until frothy and fold them into the mixture, stirring thoroughly again.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pumpkin mixture in it.
Step 7
Sprinkle with finely chopped onion, grated cheese, and parsley on top.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 345°F.
