- Water 5 fl oz
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Add chickpea flour, spices, and mix well into the grated zucchini.
Step 2
Add water and mix again. Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil (coconut oil is ideal) in a pan and fry the pancakes.
