Provençal Sea Bream
Ingredients
- Bream 1 piece
- Lemon ½ piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the washed, dried, and gutted sea bream in foil, brushed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of herbes de Provence inside the belly and pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Salt to taste. Hold it upright for a moment to allow the oil to coat the inside.
Step 3
Lay the fish on its side, salt it, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Step 4
Wrap tightly in foil and bake in the oven at 200–430°F until cooked through (about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish).
Step 5
Serve drizzled with lemon juice.
