Ingredients

  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Herbes de Provence to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the egg, egg white, and milk together.

Step 2

Prepare an omelet in a hot skillet with a small amount of olive oil (or without oil in a non-stick skillet).

Step 3

Cut the chicken breast into very small cubes or blend it into minced meat.

Step 4

Peel the onion, wash and dry the bell pepper. Cut everything into small cubes.

Step 5

Heat a non-stick skillet, brush with a small amount of olive oil (or without, using water), and sauté the onion, chicken, and bell pepper with the addition of herbes de Provence, pepper, and salt until cooked through.

Step 6

Place the chicken and vegetable filling on the omelet and roll it up.
