Potatoes with Wine
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes. Cut into slices.
Step 2
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and sauté in butter until it does not change color. Add the flour and cook for another 3–4 minutes, stirring continuously. Then pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5–6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the prepared potatoes to the sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Serve hot with the sauce.
