- Salad Potatoes 55 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 5 oz
- Cheese Spread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and boil in salted water.
Step 2
Cut the meat into medium pieces, fry in vegetable oil for 7 minutes over high heat, season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, add finely chopped onion, and sauté, stirring, until cooked. At the end, add minced garlic.
Step 3
Add butter and meat to the potatoes, and mix well.
Step 4
When serving, generously sprinkle with cheese grated on a fine grater.
