Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Basil 2 sprigs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 2 heads
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Water 0 fl oz
- Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the basil leaves, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and finely chop the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Wash and finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 5
Combine all chopped vegetables and herbs in a pot, add water, salt, spices, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Step 7
Cut the potatoes into large wedges.
Step 8
Remove the tomato sauce from heat, stir, and add the curry sauce.
Step 9
Spread the sauce over the potatoes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potatoes on it.
Step 10
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour. Garnish with a sprig of basil before serving.
