- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 head
- Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into small pieces, preferably not too small. Slightly salt them. Boil until cooked, but do not let them fall apart. Drain the water.
Step 2
Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan. Add the potatoes. Add 1 head of garlic, which can be cut in half. Add a little lemon zest and a piece of butter, which will give a nice shine to the potato crust. Set the heat to low. After five minutes, add salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and rosemary to taste.
