Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil together with the butter and fry the potatoes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add salt and rosemary.
Step 4
Place in an oven preheated to 320°F for 30 minutes.
Step 5
After 30 minutes, take out of the oven and check if there is enough salt. Add pepper if desired.
