  • Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

After the onion and carrot are partially cooked, transfer them onto the meat.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them on top of the onion and carrot.

Step 3

Pour boiled water into the pan with the remaining oil, add a little salt and spices. Then carefully pour the liquid into the pot.

Step 4

Place the pot in the preheated oven for one hour.

Step 5

Cut the pork into medium pieces and fry in sunflower oil. Add a little salt and meat spices. Once the meat is browned, place it at the bottom of the pot.

Step 6

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Grate the carrot and add it to the onion.
