Potatoes with Mushrooms and Mayonnaise

Description
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use cream sauce, and mushrooms can be replaced with meat or bacon. You can also add spices to taste.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Morels 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in a skillet with vegetable oil, covered.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms in another skillet (you can use either fresh or pickled).
Step 3
When the potatoes are almost done, add the mushrooms and cook until fully done.
Step 4
Mix the garlic and mayonnaise, add to the skillet, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 5
Grate the cheese and add it to the skillet, cover until the cheese is completely melted.
