Potatoes with Honey Mushrooms in Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Salted honey mushrooms 35 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Salt 1½ teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the honey mushrooms, place them in salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10–12 minutes from the moment of boiling. Drain the water.
Step 2
Cut the honey mushrooms into 2–3 pieces.
Step 3
Slice the onion into short strips. Sauté in oil for 1–2 minutes over medium heat until translucent.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 5
Add the peeled and cubed potatoes to the onion. Stir. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add the cooked mushrooms to the potatoes.
Step 8
Add the sour cream. Stir.
Step 9
Cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
