Potatoes with Ground Meat
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Scallions 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Thyme 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wrap each potato in foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 390°F.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables.
Step 3
Sauté the onions and garlic in oil.
Step 4
Add the ground pork and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Mix in the tomatoes and corn. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Remove the potatoes from the foil. Cut a slit on top, scoop out some of the flesh, and fill it with the prepared filling.
Step 7
Grate the cheese and place it on the potatoes. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with thyme.
