Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Boil them in salted boiling water without overcooking.
Step 2
Brown the flour in heated butter. Pour in the broth and reduce until thickened to the consistency of sour cream.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley. While whisking, incorporate the cream into the sauce. Drain the water from the potatoes. Add the potatoes along with the parsley to the sauce.
Step 4
Let the dish sit for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the potatoes under the sauce with boiled beef and a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
