- New Potatoes 10 oz

Step 1
Slice the chorizo and sauté it briefly without oil. Add the potatoes, cut into wedges, and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the cumin seeds, sliced fresh red chili, and chopped garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
