Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chanterelles well in cool water.
Step 2
Cut into medium pieces.
Step 3
Sauté in a small amount of oil until the juice evaporates.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the potatoes, and lightly salt.
Step 6
Evenly layer the chanterelles and add a little salt if desired.
Step 7
Pour the cream into the dish.
Step 8
Grate the cheese.
Step 9
Sprinkle the cheese over the chanterelles.
Step 10
Cover the dish with foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 430°F.

Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
