  • Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 30 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Pickles 4 pieces
  • Dill to taste
  • Scallions to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes.

Step 2

Slice them.

Step 3

Peel and julienne the onion.

Step 4

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Step 5

Heat a skillet and fry the potatoes in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Add the onion and garlic to the potatoes and sauté until the onion and potatoes are golden brown.

Step 7

Rinse the mushrooms well under running water.

Step 8

Sauté the chanterelles in a separate skillet with butter for 10–15 minutes.

Step 9

Combine the potatoes and mushrooms.

Finely chop the dill and green onion.

Step 11

Cut the pickles in half.

Step 12

Sprinkle the potatoes with herbs and serve with pickles.
