Step 1
Slice the peeled potatoes (about 1 kg) into thin slices, salt them, add the chopped onion and a piece of butter weighing about 20–30 g, and place in the microwave for 22 minutes.
Step 2
Stir every 5 minutes, swapping the top and bottom layers.
Step 3
At the end, add the minced garlic (from 1 to 5 cloves to taste, just for aroma or spiciness), spices, and mix.
