  • Pork Skewers 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour ½ tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
  • Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Fry small pieces of bacon in a pot, add ½ tablespoon of flour, let it brown; stirring, add pepper and a little salt, a bunch of parsley, cumin, and bay leaf.

Step 2

Pour in the broth or water, bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then add well-peeled, diced raw potatoes to the pot.

Step 3

When the potatoes are cooked, remove the fat and serve.
