- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Select large potatoes, wash them well, pour boiling water over them, add salt, and boil until partially cooked.
Step 2
Then peel the potatoes, cut a small piece off one side, and scoop out the center.
Step 3
Grind the meat together with the scooped-out potato, beat in the egg, add finely chopped dill, tomato paste, salt, and ground black pepper; mix everything well.
Step 4
Stuff the potatoes with the prepared filling and close them with the cut-off pieces.
Step 5
Place the potatoes tightly in a pot, pour in the broth or water, and simmer until cooked through.
