Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut them in half.
Step 2
Carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon, mash, season with salt and pepper.

Add butter, grated hard cheese, diced sausage, sour cream, salt, ground black pepper, and a raw egg to the potatoes.
Step 4
