Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Seitan 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Dried Dill Stems 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the seitan into thin pieces. Sauté in oil with the carrot.
Step 2
Add the diced potatoes and salt to the sauté. Heat for a minute while stirring. Add half a cup of water. Cover with a lid. Stew for 8–10 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 3
Sprinkle the dish with herbs. Serve with fresh vegetables.
