Potatoes stewed with ground meat and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Chopped Green Onions ½ teaspoon
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the fresh potatoes and slice them thinly. Slice the mushrooms as well and sauté them under a lid with a small amount of sunflower oil for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place the ground meat in a deep skillet, add vegetable oil and finely chopped onion, a little boiled water (to prevent sticking), and while constantly stirring, bring to a boil. Add the fresh potatoes, and after 10 minutes, add the mushrooms. Mix everything, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes until cooked. Use spices to taste (salt, black pepper, herbs de Provence, dill).
