- Carrot ½ piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2½ teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them, and sauté in a drop of vegetable oil. Add water and simmer until soft. Add the carrot, grated finely.
Step 2
When the water evaporates, add more water, stir in the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Add the olives, sliced into rings, stir, and simmer until ready.
