- Butter 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Boil in water for 10 minutes, after which drain the water, pour hot milk over the potatoes, and cook for another 20-30 minutes. Make sure the potatoes do not burn by cooking on low heat.
