Potatoes baked with lemon and oregano
Ingredients
- Potato 1½ kg
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Oregano a pinch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, place them in a large pot with cold water, and put it on the heat. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water, cover the pot with a lid, and shake it well.
Step 2
Transfer the potatoes to a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, lemon zest, and sea salt. Place in the oven preheated to 390°F. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Flip once if necessary.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with a little more oregano.
