Potatoes baked with cheese and cream
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Scallions 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 6–8 pieces, salt them, and fry over high heat until golden brown. Fry the potatoes in batches.
Step 2
In a greased baking dish, place the potatoes and spices (pepper, rosemary). Finely chop the herbs and garlic. Sprinkle over the potatoes and mix.
Step 3
Pour the cream over the potatoes and stir to ensure all the potatoes are coated with cream.
Step 4
Grate cheese on top of the potatoes.
Step 5
Bake at 340°F for 40 minutes.
