  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, grate them on a medium grater, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

While grating the potatoes, heat a skillet, pour in sunflower oil, and place the grated potatoes in the heated skillet. Fry for 5–8 minutes, but do not cook completely.

Step 3

While the potatoes are frying, finely chop the chili pepper and dill, grate the cheese, and mix everything with the sour cream.

Step 4

Place the fried potatoes in a baking dish, pour the prepared mixture over them, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until done.
