- Salad Potatoes 12 pieces
- 10% cream 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Rock Salt 5 oz

Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut them in half crosswise.
Step 2
Spread salt on a baking sheet, place the potatoes cut side down on the salt.
Step 3
Put in the oven (390°F) for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and crush the garlic, then mix everything thoroughly.
