Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 7 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Italian chopped parsley 2 teaspoons
- Russian Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes. Slice them into rounds.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the Italian herb mix.
Step 3
Add the potatoes to the sauce. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake until done. Some ovens will take about 20 minutes. In older ovens (like mine), it may take about 40 minutes.
Step 6
10 minutes before it's done, sprinkle the grated cheese over the potatoes.
