- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Goose fat 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Dried parsnip to taste
- Dried Dill Stems to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes (preferably large), rinse them, cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces, rinse again, and dry them on a towel.
Step 2
Melt the goose fat in the oven (about 300 - 400 g).
Step 3
Place the potatoes in the heated fat (better if they are in a single layer), season with salt to taste, and sprinkle with dried parsley, dill, and basil; you can also sprinkle with a special seasoning for potatoes.
Step 4
Stir the potatoes and place them in the preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potato pieces).
