- New Potatoes 8 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dill 3 teaspoons

Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes, wrap each one in foil, and bake in the oven until done. Baking time depends on the size of the potatoes.
Step 2
Make a lengthwise cut in the potato while still in the foil.
Step 3
Carefully mash the potato flesh with a fork, making several twists with the fork.
Step 4
Mix the sour cream with the minced garlic.
Step 5
Drizzle the sour cream-garlic sauce over the center of each potato and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. You can also add pre-cooked pieces of chicken breast to the sour cream-garlic sauce while it is chilled.
