- Egg whites 2 pieces
- Salt to taste

Cut the potatoes into strips, like for chips, and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Lightly beat the egg whites from 2 eggs. Coat the potatoes well in the egg whites.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place the potatoes in the oven and stir them a few times in the first 5 minutes to help the egg whites set. Season with salt and pepper and let them be until they acquire the desired color.
Step 5
About 5 minutes before they are done, increase the temperature to maximum and keep an eye on them. That's it.
