Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 4 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 0 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Mash the potatoes, adding an egg and butter.

Step 2

Separately, while the potatoes are boiling, prepare the mushroom filling. Finely chop the onion and sauté it until golden brown. Slice the mushrooms into thin strips and sauté them together with the onion, then let it cool. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater and mix it with the onion and mushrooms.

Step 3

Take a heaping tablespoon of thick mashed potatoes, shape it into a patty, and place a little filling in the center.

Step 4

Bring the edges of the potato pancake together to enclose the filling completely with the potato.

Step 5

Coat the potato patties in flour or breadcrumbs and fry them in heated vegetable oil on both sides.
