Ingredients

  • Potato 0 lbs
  • Porcini Mushrooms 20 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 3 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the potatoes into large pieces and boil them. Then drain the water, place the pot over medium heat, and evaporate the liquid. Add butter and pepper, and mash until smooth. Allow to cool, then add the egg and flour, and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Sauté the chopped onion until golden brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms, season, and simmer until cooked through.

Step 3

Divide the potato dough into flat cakes, place the mushroom filling in the center of each, fold and seal the edges. Coat in flour and fry over medium heat until cooked through. Before serving, drizzle with sour cream and garnish with parsley leaves.
